June's birthstone
June babies have three birthstones - alexandrite, pearl, and moonstone.
The latter, once thought to harness energy from the moon, is associated with an array of meanings, most widely femininity, compassion, tranquility and love. It's history and stunning palette of whites and flashes of blue make it an ethereal alternative to traditional pearls or diamonds for wedding day jewelry.
