ABOUT

Launched from Brooklyn in 2017, Lindley’s eponymous fine collection seeks to preserve the inherent value of jewelry as personal expression. Combining the alluring discipline of traditional craftsmanship with a perspective influenced by modern femininity and the timeless edge of the Art Deco movement, her pieces often defer to subtlety, illuminating the integrity and vibrancy of natural, precious materials. She is now based in Philadelphia, PA.

Gray studied Jewelry and Metals at Pratt Institute while apprenticing with independent studios Emily Amey, Giles and Brother by Philip Crangi and Alexis Bittar, next designing fashion jewelry for both private label and commercial brands like Madewell and Stella and Dot. Pursuing an intrinsic need to make by hand, Gray founded her personal collection in 2012, sharpening her technical craft until relaunching fine under her namesake in 2017.  She continues to consult for fine jewelry private labels.
